Walking Wednesdays commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Louisville Water Company. The Crescent Hill Gatehouse is an 1879 Gothic building that still contains the original valves used to control the flow of water.  Visitors can listen to a brief historical overview and see historic photos and original drawings of the facility on display. Then they may enjoy a healthy walk and self-guided tour around the reservoir. Adults and children over 8 years old are welcome.
